The Robert E. Coulter, Jr. Unit #1941 received it's charter in 1954 and grew to what it is today from serving donuts and coffee. Some of our volunteers are retired or still employed full or part-time and make every effort to assist us in the kitchen when they are available. We purchase and prepare quality items on site every Monday for our valued patrons. In compliance with the Illinois Department of Public Health Food Service Sanitation Code, Division of Food, Drugs and Dairies, it is not in the best interest to allow any carry out food from any other facility that could cause contamination.
KITCHEN STARTS SERVING AT 5:00 P.M. WE ARE FAMOUS FOR OUR SLOPPY JOES AND HOMEMADE PASTRIES.
In an effort to offer the best quality food items on our current menu, we offer a once a month special, sugar free pastries for those on special diets, food allergies or other health concerns.
OUR MEETINGS ARE HELD THE SECOND OF THE MONTH AT THE POST HOME, 900 SOUTH LA GRANGE ROAD AND GENERALLY START AT 7:00 P.M. UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED. THEY ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. WE WELCOME NEW MEMBERS AND GUESTS. GOD BLESS YOU AND GOD BLESS AMERICA.
